Our Swiss financial audit and pension service is managed and controlled by Mr. Paul DAO, co-founder of Planifique Sàrl.
In the attachment you will find:

- both for the company and for each of its co-founders.

FINMA — Federal Financial Market Supervisory Authority
FINMA supervises financial players in Switzerland. It ensures regulatory compliance and investor protection.

IAF — Institute of Financial Intermediaries
The IAF validates professional skills in financial advice, pension and insurance. Its diplomas, recognized nationally, attest to rigorous federal training.
Federal certificate of financial advisor
The Federal Certificate is granted by the Swiss Confederation. It attests to expertise in wealth and pension management, to comprehensive training recognized by the OFFT, and to the passing of a demanding federal exam.

Legal compliance: LSFin, LBA and LPD
Planifique and its associates are registered and comply with the following Swiss laws:
- LSFin (Financial Services Act): guarantees transparency and investor protection.
- LBA (Money Laundering Law): ensures the traceability and control of the origin of funds.
- LPD (Federal Data Protection Act): protects the confidentiality and security of the information transmitted.
